The RBMS recently welcomed Associate Professor Ian Rutherford as our newest Life Member. This rare award is in recognition of Ian’s significant contribution to the RBMS and to the catchment management sector.
Ian has made a mammoth commitment to the industry through a solid catalogue of technical work (research, teaching and advising on fluvial geomorphology and broader best practice waterway management), and many years of injecting inspiration, passion, fun and humour into our sector.
Ian is the RBMS’s eighth Life Member.
